Whilst none of us ever want to admit to going inverted, it happens frequently. Members of Stowe Sub Aqua Club recently took to the pool to practice their skills of recovery from an inversion (air going to your boots in a dry suit).
Judging by the laughter after the pool session, this event is set to become a more frequent activity during our training program.
